Michael Turner has a lot of fans but his art never really did it for me. And I really didn't get it when some folks started talking about how great his women were ( there's JLA cover with Power Girl that I find horrifying). Having said that, do like this Supergirl cover for Superman/Batman
There is at least Rob Liefeld cover that I consider passable. If no one else posts it, I'll post it after the contest ends.
Rich Buckler was always a bit boring and too derivative for me, but this was one of my favorite comics growing up and it looks good:
I never liked the scuzzy look of Mark Texeira's work, but I like what Kevin Nowlan did with Kickers Inc. #10's cover. [/IMG]

Werner Roth on X-Men and the Archie superheroes was... meh.
But I do like this Bronze Age cover, from the boots to the crazy perspective:
"How does the Green Goblin have anything to do with Herpes?" - The Dying Detective
Hillary was right!
Jack Sparling's backgrounds are regularly non-existent, his figure placement is odd and more true than anything he was routinely meh to meh-minus. He took over Bomba midway through it's brief run he didn't quite usher in a new era. The last issue is kind of a cool Neal Adams rip-off but Tina and the bongo on this cover to #4 is late 60's gold. It's the reason I still keep any of these around.

Beefing up the old home security, huh?You bet yer ass.
I've always really liked his cover to X-Factor #50, but that's both him and McFarlane and I've never had a particular hatred for Liefeld. I came to the hobby in the early '90s boom where there were dozens of imitators of all the Image guys, most pretty awful. So on the spectrum I'd say while he's probably on the wrong side of baseline he's nowhere near the bottom.
The main reason I tolerate this Greg Land cover is because Sue isn't sporting his trademark toothy porn star smile.

Reed's head looks way outta place there to me. Almost like he's drawn in a different style from the rest of the FF.
