Who do you think could or could've played a good Spider-Man?
I think a young Rob Lowe LITERALLY would've been an amazing Spider-man.

James Dean
David Henrie
Ryan Reynolds
Rob Lowe is way too pretty for Peter Parker.
I've seen Michael J. Fox's and Matthew Broderick's names thrown around a lot. A young Tom Hanks probably would've been a solid choice too.
Ron Frenz once said that '80s Tom Hanks (around the time of BIG, Joe versus the Volcano, Splash, The Burbs) would have been a great Peter Parker.
Around 2000s, I'd say Ryan Reynolds. To me Reynolds always struck me as the best Peter Parker there never was. Somehow opportunity, both for actor, and for Spider-Man, passed each other like ships in the night.
Reynolds almost played Wally West, but the Flash movie was trapped in development hell.
