Whenever I invoke a stat in-game, this is more for flavoring, explaining why characters got certain results due to their aptitude; however, I've begun to notice that people are relying on checks to the point of outright stating it which has led me to realize that maybe I was giving the wrong message by including them in-post.

The "checks" are a reactionary, so feel free to perform whatever action you want without having to invoke them.

I want to note that I did mention that Boris axe being a fire axe ( also know as a pick head axe) These type of axes vary in handle length and axe head weight.

The handle length of a fire axe can be from 14 inches to 36inches long.
