Anyway the art is AMAZING. I love it. But... I do wish some writer/artists was brave enough to finally let the New Mutants have their own uniforms. In AoX they looked soooo good, there is potential there if the artist is talented enough. Also S.W.O.R.D. are also rocking new uniforms.

As far as the writing, I had significant issues with Vita's issue in Marauders but I'm gonna give them a chance because 1) it's a crossover and 2) they are not writing Storm so...

The preview doesn't look particularly exciting but it looks better than Brisson's run.

At least we have more interaction among the New Mutants even if it's a silly fight among themselves.

Vita is still treating them like kids instead of experienced X-Men...

What I would like to see in the future are:

- Dani, Karma and Rahne should really have their new individual uniforms by now.

- More mature and innovative display of each of their powers instead of being weaklings as in Brisson's run

- There should be four men to balance the four women. Hope Doug will join them after his divorce or honeymoon is over. Cannonball or Rictor joining them would be great too.

- Warpath's power is too similar to Roberto so we don't need another puncher.

Yeah, when Rahne was resurrected there are some scenes with Xavier, Storm and Karma that are basically "I don't want all the bullshit that my life has become, I'm happy like this, simpler times".

Doug stopped hiding Warlock but their reasoning for going to Krakoa together and supposedly infecting it with the techno organic virus is still a mystery. There's no pay off simply because it hasn't happened yet...

Assuming Arakko does reunite with Krakoa, I hope this comes up....like immediately.
