And the Children of the Vault team hasn't even come out in X of Swords.

At this point after in Jan this year that issue had them 537 years and 5 days in vault after 3 months and 5 days in earth time ,well and we are in November, so the 3 have been in the vault for 2200 years give or take. Damn that's another Arrako scenario with thousand year old exiles coming back to haunt Krakoa with perhaps the greatest threat to mutants anywhere being more kin to them than Krakoans..Hickman better not screw this up

Technically it's the Peak. S.W.O.R.D. was the institution. So an empty peak station doesn't really count as a sword, but that won't stop the writers.

The Vescora are getting dropped on Amenth, then sealed in. That should keep the Arakkii busy for a few millenia.

Right now Saturnyne has a dragon, whose fire can specifically blast holes between realities.

Cable powers it up again, then they dump the Vescora portal into Amenth to fight the endless demon horde. Then Saturnyne uses Shogo's dragonfire to cut off the reality of Amenth from all other realities. Meanwhile, Saturnyne also harnesses the energies from the ritualistic contests and the swords, literal and symbolic, to reform the Captain Britain Corps, only instead of being Brian in every dimension, it will now be Betsy.

She wanted them to be Brians, but he keeps refusing.Then again, like it or not, she knows she cannot deny the power of the cosmos (the tarrot card she retrieved from sacrificing a star).

I think the heroes were picked for some specific reasons. Not just being a sword bearer.
