I'm not at all sure Wheatley COULD rap. Whereas I'm reasonably sure the Joker can at least string rhymes along to a beat.

Isn't one of the Joker's general traits across multiple incarnations that he's legitimately terrible as an entertainer (at least with regards to comedy) but thinks that he's a genius and will kill anyone who disagrees?
