Donna Troy is currently being used on Titans. And of course they can't use Diana so my guess is this is the compromise they could get Warners to agree to. A new version that hasn't been used yet means they probably have a lot more creative freedom.

Assassinate Putin!
Hypothetically speaking, the DC Wonder Woman has both around for such a long time (historically) and has an origin easy enough to explain other "Wonder Children", that they the DCEU could easily (one day) introduce Donna or Cassie or whoever. Not saying it will happen but it could.
I'm starting to have a love-hate relationship with the arrowverse because while many are good they sometimes are stifled because of budget and demographic of the channel. Batwoman shouldn't be on CW imo because it has great potential to be a great cop/detective show but I think it gets held back because the network its on. I'm for it being on HBO Max where it can have more freedom. Stargirl I think fits and hopefully doesn't drop in quality now that its moving from a streaming platform. Wonder girl can fit but it depends on what type of character and world they want to build. I would like to see more action and less teenage drama situations from this show. But that's probably wishful thinking.
