    Default A Dog's Purpose vs. Hachi: A Dog's Tale

Which one hit you in the feels the hardest? Both hit me hard, had me in tears by the end. But I'd have to give the edge to Hachi. So heartbreaking and sad, with him waiting for his master, but very touching as well. ADP at least had a happier ending. Being a dog lover myself, seeing these two movies made me love my dogs even more.

Yeah I knew that before watching the movie and reading more about the story afterwards. Also A Dog's Purpose was originally adapted from the novel by W. Bruce Cameron. Incidentally, both movies were directed by Lasse Hallstrom, himself a dog lover and he also directed What's Eating Gilbert Grape? I was just wondering which of these movies made people cry harder or if there was another dog movie that moved them?
