Seriously though, now I'm really curious: does anyone have a specific example of a Blackadder reference in old X-Factor?

Yes. Longshot and Dazzler are Shatterstar's parents, (I can't remember if either of them know this) and Longshot is Shatterstar's altered clone. Here's Rictor and Shatterstar in the past, about to drop baby S off in the future.

To be fair, a lot of stuff has happened to Pietro since he was on the Avengers the first time, like Disassembled and M-Day and the whole Son of M thing and his separation from Crystal and losing the respect of Luna. He hit rock bottom. So in the past few years he's been less than happy, and he and Wanda probably haven't hung out much as a result. (I find it telling that she went to Lorna instead of Pietro during ANXF 14.) I think once things start looking up for Pietro, which is very likely now that he's owning up to stuff, he'll start having more reasons to smile. He already started in ANXF 13.

Danger: Good morning Gambit.
Danger: ... Remy...
Danger: Or should I say Remie? Is there another way to make it a girls' name?
Page 2
Gambit: Professor..
Danger: No, I'm Danger.
Narration: When I woke up...
Danger: All the cats have had their genders reversed too.
Gamit: Deja-vu
Narration: That was mostly...
Gambit: Pietro!!

Narration: A white Wanda
Page 4
Gambit: Let's go find the others!
Quicksilver: This isn't my fault! I didn't do anything!!
Gambit: I could tell that just by looking at your face.
Gamibt: Shut up and come! If I don't show everyone else...
Quicksilver: NO!!
Quicksilver: Let me put a jacket or something on first.
Danger: I can see that Petra is feeling "a girls shyness".
Gambit: Petra? Girl?? Wha...???
Page 5
Gambit: Hi Doug!
Doug: Qu-i Quicky?! (Why is he so well-endowed...)
Page 6
Gambit: -- and Lor-- aa...
Danger: Lane
Gambit: Uh...!
Mr. Snow: X-Factor! It seems there is a problem happening in part of the company, are you guys okay?!
Gambit: Wa- Watch ou--
Page 7
Narration: What what?
Gambit: Harry?
Narration: I wonder why
Gambit: Are you okay?
Narration: What's inside him hasn't changed, so why do I suddenly feel so comfortable with this...
Gambit: I wonder why? Nothing inside has changed.
Lorna: Are you okay? Harrison?
Danger: Harriet
Gambit: For some reason I'm really scared.
Page 8
Georgia: Well well, for the time being, won't you have some pie? We should have breakfast together.
Georgia: We can't fight on empty stomachs! It's hard to tell a fool from a sleeper.
Doug: You've got principals.
Mr. Snow: George sure is manly.
Quicksilver: GEORGE??
Lorna: In a situation like this, all we can do is drink...
Gambit: No way!
Quicksilver: That kind of drinking is no good!
Narration: In the end, we couldn't do anything all day.
Narration: And the next day I woke up and...
Page 9
Gambit: Why are you making those faces at me? I'm sorry about what I did...
Narration: There's no way I could so easily be anyone but myself. In fact, it's the opposite...
Doug: I couldn't understand what was going on.
Doug: I "read: everything, but I couldn't find anything "weird" or "changed". In fact, I think...
Page 10
Narration: Exactly. Nothing actually changed, it just looked like it did.
Danger: Yes, I was the one who did it. You would be able to figure it out so I kept you away from everyone.
Narration: You aim for people's weak sports, you test people, you know people, you collect data of their performance but...
Narration: You hurt people.
Warlock: Did you just want data?
Warlock: Self... What I wanted was a friend.
Narration: Why do you want to know?
Page 11
Danger: You... You aim for the weak-spots in people's heats and stick a piece of yourself inside of them...?
*BOOM*
Doug: W-- Warlock?!
Gambit: Oi-!! Smoke's coming out of him, is he okay?!
Lorna: Pietro, use the vacuum fire extinguisher technique!
Quicksilver: I'm on it!
Narration: Even if your location changes and your uniform changes, what's inside of you won't change. Not that easily.
*BOOM*
Page 12:
Narration: If we work together, today will be like this. Ahh, but isn't that a lie? I always...
Scientist: Them?
Mr. Snow: Them... hmm, perhaps.
Linda: Mr. Snow, the top floor is...
Mr. Snow: Yes, I know, I will let you deal with it.
Scientist: Putting their living quarters on the top floor was prudent Mr Snow.
Mr. Snow: It was all within range of my predictions
Scientist: If they were doing this down lower, it'd be trouble!
Mr. Snow: Yes! That's correct! Compared to that, this is nothing. Everything is in order. Everything is in my control
Warlock: I want to crawl into a hole and die!!
Quicksilver/Gambit: What? Oi! Stop it!
Doug: WARLOCK!!
Mr. Snow: It's all under control...
Narration: I always feel "sorry"
END.
From your translation, it looks like one of the characters thought the appearance of a gender swap may have been a result of some experiment elsewhere inside Serval getting out to the team. That's an interesting idea, and one I can only imagine happening in places that conduct research. Meaning, it's not precisely an idea specific to a corporation like Serval, but it's something you can imagine wouldn't necessarily happen anywhere else. It's like going from Angel season 4 to Angel season 5. There were storylines where characters were given amnesia and the like due to messing with something, but the tone in cases like Lorne having his need to sleep removed was much different and utilized things like a PR party gone awry.
So, what I'm saying is I hope stuff like that happens more often in ANXF itself.
In case you can't look in a mirror to recognize yourself, I'd like to inform you that the gif you posted shows you are a young woman with long blonde hair living in a black and white world with the text of things you say constantly below your chin.

Thanks for the translation! And it would be a cool storyline to have weird stuff like that happen. And to have Serval behind it. I really want to know what's up with Serval.
Pietro back then was a lot nicer. I guess life got to him and made him bitter and angry...but then again lots of characters go through horrible things and they remain unchanged... like Spiderman. I think in the case of Pietro, being a pretty nice guy wasn't working for the character, so the writers gave him a personality change. I never knew Pietro was originally "soft-spoken", and honestly, I kinda like that idea. It's interesting for a superhero to be soft spoken.
as to your second point, I really didn't like it when Wanda said she never hung out with her brother. I don't really know what PAD meant to say, because clearly that wasn't the case. The last time we saw them together was in Children's Crusade where once again Pietro is desperate to save her. Then in AvX we see them together in a couple of panels, implying they are still close in some way, and in the Avengers Academy AvX crossover, Pietro tells Finesse his sister needs him and in X-Factor 243 (the one where he fights Polaris) he once again defends his sister when Lorna says she destroyed mutants. So by all accounts, the relationship between Pietro and Wanda hasn't changed dramatically. They're still close to each other even though they don't get a lot of focus. So the fact that Wanda doesn't even try to see her brother and says she never socialized with her brother really feels out of left field.
I can actually still see Pietro as being more soft spoken than others. He wouldn't really be a leader, and he still doesn't seem like the most social person around. It's a hard quality to get across in comics, though, since you can't hear how people are speaking.
I do think all the crappy things that happened over the years changed Pietro. But he also seems to still be capable of being happy: he just needs something to be happy about. The past decade (publishing time) has seen a lot happen with Pietro and his family, and he's been brought to his lowest point. There are very few people who could go through all that and not change, so it doesn't surprise me if Pietro was very affected by all of it.
The Wanda thing is interesting. It makes me wonder if Wanda saw the press conference and if that made her feel differently towards Pietro, because essentially he'd been lying to her as well. The whole issue could be a weird bit of writing, or it could be an intentional thing that's addressed later. (According to the AXIS solicits, Pietro and Wanda are supposed to fight at some point, but that's probably for completely different reasons.)
It'll probably take more than a little bit of a boost, one that doesn't ebb away after the crossover is over as the book is getting close to danger territory already.
