We mean Spider-Man or Marvel overall?

I'll jot down the list but I think on the whole you can save time by just reading Chip Zdarsky's SPIDER-MAN LIFE STORY where each story centers on key stories of the respective decades.

    1960s
    -- AF#15
-- ASM Annual #1 -- "The Sinister Six".
-- ASM#31-33 -- "If this be my destiny"
-- ASM#42 -- "Face it tiger, you just hit the jackpot"
    -- ASM#50 -- "Spider-Man No More".

    1970s
-- ASM#88-90 -- "The Death of George Stacy"
    -- ASM#96-98 -- "The Drug Trilogy"
-- ASM#121-122 -- "The Night Gwen Stacy Died"
    -- ASM#143-149 -- "The First Clone Saga"
-- Superman Versus The Amazing Spider-Man

    1980s
-- "The Kid Who Collects Spider-Man"
    -- Secret Wars 1984
-- "The Wedding!" (ASM Annual #21)
    -- "Kraven's Last Hunt"
    -- "Venom" (ASM#300)

    1990s
    -- "The Best of Enemies"
-- Return of the Sinister Six
    -- Spider-Girl (First 10 issues or so)
    -- ASM #400
-- Revenge of the Green Goblin

    2000s
    -- "Doomed Affairs"
    -- Ultimate Spider-Man #1-13
    -- "Back in Black"
    -- "Marvel Knights Spider-Man"
-- "To Have and to Hold"

    2010s
-- "Death of Ultimate Spider-Man"/"Ultimate Fallout"
    -- Spider-Men
    -- "My Dinner with Jonah"
    -- Superior Foes of Spider-Man
    -- Spider-Man Life Story.

As for 2020s...it's still too soon. I'd say Spencer's ASM#50 will be an all-time great Goblin story at least going forward. But a lot is still up in the air and too close. 2020 is likewise missing three months because of Pandemic delay so it's not even going to be a full year.

I'd replace "Revenge of the Green Goblin" with Untold Tales of Spider-Man, but otherwise I completely second this list.

There's going to be a lot of gaps in this list seeing as how I've not read much from certain decades. But here it goes.

    60's
    1. Amazing Fantasy #15
    2. If this be my Destiny
    3. End of the Green Goblin
    4. Return of the Green Goblin
    5. Spider-man No More

    70's
I've not read much from this decade (I'll get there) so I'm going to have to go with Death of Gwen Stacey/Green Goblin.

    80's
    1. Kraven's Last Hunt
    2. Venom
    3. The Kid who Collects Spider-man
    4. Death of Jean Dewolffe
    5. Spider-man Vs Wolverine

    90's
Again, not read a great deal, mostly from the start of it, so my list is very limited and... Not great by prior standards. (I do plan on reading more 90's stuff next year however).
    1. Carnage
    2. Carnage Cosmic
    3. ASM #400
    4. Spider-hunt (this is more nostalgia than anything, I think this was my first Spider-man comic).

    00's
    1. Ultimate Spider-Man #1-13 (even through the first 100 issues could go here)
    2. To have and to hold
    3. Spectacular Spider-Man 21/22 (I'm cheating here, but both are great underrated classics imo)
    4. Spider-man: Blue
    5. Coming Home

    10's
I put this list elsewhere but forgot what I put down, since then I've read a bit more so I'm going to put out those differences anyway and save face.
    1. Goblin Nation
    2. My Diner with Jonah/Amazing Fantasy/ Finale (cheating again, but it's all in Chip's run so shrug)
    3. FNSP #6/11
    4. Death of Ultimate Spider-man
    5. Hunted (but seeing as how I've got Superior to read, this could change soon).
