    Because of the marriage to John, it ties her too much in to the Earth lanterns. An alive Katma in the GL Corps makes her another Earth Green Lantern by proxy, through their marriage.

    I’d be for it, but I can see why the editors and writers wouldn’t. We’ve got so many Earth lanterns now as it is. Notice that Arisia no longer hangs out on Earth.

    Back in he "GLC" title days, I preferred Salaak because of his dry sense of humor and relationship with Ch'p. And despite being a curmudgeon, he really cared. Kilowog as the "lovable but simple oaf" back then who was smart about science -- biology I believe. But then he somehow became a tough drill sargent type.

    But hey - both of them seem to be featured in "Future State" so we'll see how that goes...
