House/Powers/Dawn of X.
Its time travel - it never makes sense outside the actual event, and even then it doesn't always make sense.

It was her first life when she never met Charles.
Simplest explanation really. Also likely the case here.
Other possibility.
It's intentional, part of a rug pull down the line and everything about Moira X turns out to be a lie created by some ominous force in order to lead mutants on a specific path and they don't realise it because Xavier and Magneto think they are acting in everyone's best interest, everyone involved is either happy, convinced it's for the best or both and Moira herself fully thinks it's true because she is sure it's her own experience. All while the "real" Moira is still dead. So any continuity error might simply end up, not actualy being an error.

Or it could be life 6, Apoc while he lost in life 9,could have beaten Nimrod in life 6, from that point all humanity worshipped him as a god coz of celestial tech and so went into genetic enahancement mode, or he forced all to become his minions ..so the Age of Apoc could have happened in life 6 ,but he could have been destroyed maybe by the Furies ..basically life 6 went on for so long that the Age of Apoc and many other epochs could fit in there
The initial issue with this thread is that it is not a fact moira has only 10 lives.

For me the greatest rug pull, that would make some sense is the Moira on Krakoa is actually the Shiar android/clone created in Chandilar as the ultimate failsafe(probably with Moira's instructions to keep X and M out of the loop).Real Moira either using magic or tech to stay in Destiny's blindspot always, instead of going forward in time went back to primordial times to either join mutants at the beginning and for example started the twilight war that threw Arrako into Amenth to ensure a part of mutantdom lived in a parallel realm that Dominions could not get to coz it would be an alternate dimension. In the past she did gain the secret of immortality or because of how time works by dying before she is born , the reality can never collapse and Krakoa remains in perpetuity. That is the only play and if the writers are smart they'll go this route
Destiny herself is not sure she saw either 10 or 11 that could be that she saw the golem and could not distinguish it from the real Moira or there is a last 11th life left but would depend on some Deus ex machina event like an Omega mutant or cosmic entity granting a reprieve..

Destiny never said Moira only had so many lives - only that at some point the cycle would break. Ideally that will be because of her depowering herself after getting life 10 “right”. Otherwise there’s no reason to think it wouldn’t go on indefinitely.
She said ' I see ten lives ,Moira .Maybe eleven if you make the right choice at the end ..but that is all' From these words it seems to me not only did she put a number, a caveat but also an absolute certainty by ending it with that is all.If she is lying ,then sure there may be no limit, but because Moira can't risk on a guess she has to take her at her word
I mean it could just be argued that seeing as It's Legion, his powers nerf her's?
Also seeing as AoA still exists in the MU (pre secret wars), wouldn't it just count as an alternate reality? Which as far as we know are not effected by by Moira's powers
Simple answer is Destiny is lying to benefit herself and Mystique but surely she’d never do that....
Because Moira is not immune to changes in reality and the timeline! Legion's action in the past was when Charles and Erik were young and they are both older than Moria! So if the change occurs before Moira was 13, then nothing that she does can alter the damage Legion did when he accidentally killed Charles before Charles even made his first speech about mutants!
Moria's death can only reset events back to the time of her birth, not prior to her birth, so time travel prior to her being born cannot be changed by Moira unless she stays aware of the changes and sends someone in time herself to try and fix things!
Also, if the Apocalypse War in AoA resulted in Moira's death before she was 13 than the timeline would remain no matter what because Moira could not reset if she dies before her mutant powers develop at 13!
I also wonder about Rachel Summers who is not from the 616 Earth at all, is she partly immune to all the changes in the timeline? I guess if the Phoenix does not go to Rachel's world from 616 to 811 then Rachel would never leave 811 and come to 616 at all!
I believe Bishop is from 616 so changes technically should impact him, but also he didn't cease to exist when Charles died and the timeline was changed, so it's possible that Bishop comes from another multiversal world and continues to exist no matter what happens in 616!
We are MUTANT..Krakoa, FOREVER!!! “Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité”
