I think a couple people already mentioned Sunspot taking a seat on the council. I think this is a very possible outcome especially since he has proven leadership (Avengers and A.I.M.) plus he is admittedly one of Hickman’s pet characters.

This would work if the Quiet Council wasn't controlled by Xavier, but it is(with some allowances.)

The Arakkii have spent thousands of years of war living by the philosophy of survival of the fittest.

If Krakoa and Arakko are going to merge, you need someone who can handle them. Unless they remain an independent province, someone from Arakko is needed on the Council. And Bei is not a leader, she is a hunter.

I believe it was only applicable to QC members. Cyke isn't a member.

I vote Rogue for either Counsel or Captain.

She has led numerous teams inside the X-Men and out. She deserves better than being stuck second fiddle on Excalibur.

Man she make Rogue Absorbs Apoccy and didnt go to the "Perma-Absorbed" Rogue. Imagine a Rogue+Wonderman+Apoccy permanent power set. Even a history of the darkness of that much power a "Dark Rogue saga" or something like that.

But i Think ill be Namor for Apoccy - Polaris for Jean.

Namor loyalty is only to Atlantis and with his own methods. No chance

When you look at each group of the Quiet Council each had an telepath but now with Jean Greys departure they don't.
Its too early to comment if an Arakko representative will happen.
Apocalypses replacement is a hard one to choose, I'd replace Jean Grey with the Beast.
Hank McCoy current persona would certainly stir up many Quiet Council meetings.
