Alfred the Dragon (one of the descendants of Damien's pet dragon, who were bred to protect the Wayne family line. the protector of Daria)
Black Bat: Cassandra Cain (Shiva overthrew Ra's al Ghul and took control of the League of Assassins, absorbing them into the League of Shadows. Cassandra became her heir and uses the Lazarus Pits in order to aid Duke in his mission)
Gotham Girl: Clair Clover (the platinum kryptonite didn't cure her of her powers draining her life force, it just made her able to replenish her life force with sunlight like a Kryptonian; extending longevity indefinitely so long as she can charge up. unlike Kryptonians, she can process all forms of solar energy)
The Nightwing Tribe (the descendants of Dick Grayson who inhabit The Blüdlands, the area that was once Blüdhaven)

Duke taking charge and living the Immortal Life for good? Unambiguously and unapologetically? Yes, please, and thank you!
And I maybe-not-so-low-key think Kamandi (as a kid/teen) is actually a pretty cool character. Tying him into Immortal Duke as the Robin to Duke's Batman would be fun. I especially would love to see what their relationship is like in all its facets. That by itself is fascinating and worth telling stories about.
