Thoughts on Mister Miracle?

While I was at first jazzed about MISTER MIRACLE in SEVEN SOLDIERS, in the aftermath and how it worked out in FINAL CRISIS, I felt like Jack Kirby's Fourth World was converted into Grant Morrison's Fourth World.

I feel like John Byrne and Walt Simonson did a much better job of staying true to Jack Kirby and their work tried to follow the roadmap that Kirby established.

I like the Kirby Originals the best but also loved Seven Soldiers treatment. Giffen's Justice League is terrific as well!
