I don't want to work out this speed comparison.

Zoro is stronger and has more techniques at his disposal, I think he's also considerably more durable. Lest we forget, all the way back in Alabasta, Mr 1 cut him so hard that the four foot thick stone pillar that was directly behind him was diced to pieces and Zoro was not only still in one piece (haha) but then got up and cut Mr 1 down but I think also threw an entire house at him.

So, Atomic Samurai might have a tough job keeping Zoro down.

Speed is too hard to figure out. I think Atomic is faster but One Piece hasn't really engaged with speed as a key facet of combat in a meaningful way in a long time so it's hard to tell.

I think that Atomic Samurai is probably notably faster at slashing in close range, but not faster at dodging, which is going to be important when his opponent can launch an attack that can bisect mountains/plateaus from 100 feet away.
