I don't understand the premise. What kind of difference/adaptations are you talking about???

On the record....I absolutely DESPISE this show! Watched the debut episode and hated everything I saw! Haven't gone near it since!

It's pretty open to interpretation. Any TV show or movie that has a comic as it's source material that is noticeably different from the comic. And since that is always the case to some degree, you can post almost any one you want.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

    What about an animated show/movie?

As long as the original source is a comic, any show or movie is good.

Okay, here's the cover, a kaleidoscopic Kirby koncoction

Buuuut what's the adaptation?? Glad you asked. The OP said a TV series was okay, so may I present to you 1966 Marvel Superheroes animated series , specifically an episode from the Sub-Mariner cartoon called "Dr. Doom's Day." This episode was adapted from the Reed and Sue Wedding story in FF Annual #3. However since the show's producing company Grantray-Lawrence did not own the rights to the FF characters, guess what--the FF themselves do not appear in this adaptation! Instead there was a team called "The Allies For Peace" (a bunch of other Silver Age Marvel characters). . There were also other changes in the cartoon adaptation, including some elements from FF #6.

    FF Annual #3 Splash............................Cartoon adaptation

Thanks Shalla Bal. wow, I don't recall this cartoon at all. I do recall that I did see some of the Gantray-Lawrence cartoons and even as a kid I thought the quality of them was pretty bad.

Nobody said the adaptation had to be bad: just significantly different to the comic book.
