RIP Hobbits.
Boromir would give him quite the fight though, as he did take on an entire unit of of Orcs by himself.
Thorrin and Gimili, not sure.
Aragorn is basically a superhuman and in his 80s by the time of the LOTR with decades of experience in fighting. Geralt has his magic, but that's the only real advantage he has.
Legolas? From the films? Unstoppable elf ninja? Legolas. Peter Jackson plot armor demands it.
Cave Troll... Give it to Geralt. He's used to going up against big mean monsters.
Gandalf? Before or after he becomes Gandalf the White? Before, Geralt (if barely). After, Gandalf.

Hobbits are ground up and turned into burgers.

Boromir lasts only seconds longer - Geralt is a LOT faster.

Geralt is also much faster than the dwarves - he's still winning there.

Aragorn doesn't actually have any better feats then the guys above, so again, he's dying.

Legolas... yeah, if this is Leggy from LOTR only, Geralt smokes him. But this just says "live action" which includes Hobbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbit movies (think that's too long? Think of what we're talking about here. "Too long" was a requirement), so magic flying elf wins his share.

Cave Troll? Still too slow, and Geralt knows how to deal with big strong monsters.

Gandalf? Bridge too far. Just as the grey, he has all that silliness with the Balrog. Should be enough.
