The lack of security for quiet council members baffles me. What’s the point of having a large estate if you get to open your own door. I would expect a person of Shaws caliber would have staff to protect and maintain his home.

I'm impressed with the art. It's so detailed unlike some of the other X-titles.

Caselli is in my opinion, the best X-title artist currently!

I don't want them to kill him.

I want him to suffer. And we know his pride is the hardest place to hit him. I mean, I absolutely want them to ALSO beat him senseless and perhaps even within an inch of his life -- BUT -- Shaw is a character who not only deserves the physical pain Kate & Em will hopefully dole out, but he should live with shame -- waves of shame -- endless shame -- for thinking he could get away with this ****.

Hell, maybe they'll expose him to the same horror he forced upon Kate: Drowning.

Anyway. Can't wait to see how this all transpires. I hope its amazing. Also, viva Bi-Kitty.

Do you mean decompressed, as In boring, repetitive overemphasization on 2 characters in a cast of like 7??? Or, do mean these 2 are taking forever to kill one dude who know where he stays all the time??

I agree with the suffering bit ,but beating him within an inch of his life is impossible, sure Kitty can reach into his chest and give his heart a squeeze but that is the only way to hurt him, beating him with physical blows doesn't work especially not with these two ladies.I think Emma can make him suffer mentally though

I mean Shaw being found out is fine but how is Sinister still in the clear? My theory is Sinister uses a new clone every time he steps into a QC meeting, that way he( probably by reading notes from the last clone that attended) is up to date but completely 'clean' to any telepaths peering into his head.Otherwise if Sinister is using his own telepathic negating ability or tech would set off alarm bells for Exodus,Jean,Emma and X.So far my theory of switching clones is the only one that I find plausible.

I was talking more about the plot dragging out.
But first one is a big problem of the book. It's mostly a 2 characters as protgonists with the rest as backgrounds characters.
Second one they had a event so the story stopped for some issues because of it

I don't think it's that complicated while telepaths of their level should be doing collective psychic sweeps at the start of these meetings, its really all down to the excuse that writers use. Telepathy is like any other ability the user has to actually be looking for something, for them to sense something is amiss. Now that is also entirely dependent on the story, in some stories telepaths are hyperaware of the thoughts of those around them. In other instances someone could be right under their noses and not a single telepath notices a thing and I think for this specific story at least for now, no one is actively scanning Sinister's mind.

Although it should be mentioned Xavier demonstrated during HOX/POX that he could wipe Sinister's mind at his leisure and also force Sinister to remember when he wants him to.

I get the feeling he won't go quietly, just when they think they have him cornered he may have an ace up his sleeve..maybe since Emma played hellfire politics ,he'll return the favour telling her he doesn't want the council seat anymore and gave it to Selene as a parting gift lol,that would ruffle a few of Emma 's feathers

They just better make sure he is no where near Arrako or crawls there to die because a honed shaw im sure would be something fierce especially since he is already pretty honed.

They aren’t going to flat out kill Shaw. That would be anti-climatic and pointless since he can easily come back.

Someone brought up that Emma collecting that power cancellation gun from that Russian goon in Marauders #10 was a possible future plot point. I’m sure that’ll come into play here.

I would’ve preferred Emma and Kitty exposing Shaw and his actions in front of the Quiet Council panel resulting in him joining Sabretooth underground, but we shall see.

I think the honing bit only happens if he dies in Arrako/Amenth(and I highly doubt anyone would bring him back once he dies,unless Shinobi steals a batch of his DNA from Sinister for Verendi to reverse engineer the process..could be a good twist going forward)
If he dies in Otherworld ,that's where he dies for sure.While dying in Otherworld would be fair punishment,I don't want that to be used every time to re-write a character, best to just inject him with Leech's blood or some serum Emma got from Sinister for a price and exile him powerless to Wakanda to toil in vibranium mines
