True and related to that ,they better reveal to the council,what happened before they go to exact revenge on Shaw, to do it in utmost secrecy is in some ways worse than Xavier and Magnus stringing Mystique along.If they go the secret vendetta or personal score settlement route, it sets a precedent for secret purges of anyone who stands in their way.At the very least their action should be sanctioned by the entire council. If they kill Shaw without letting the council know it looks an extra-judicial killing

What? That doesn't even make any sense why wouldn't she want to kill someone as despicable as Shaw? He's directly responsible and trying to kill multiple members of her surrogate family as well as betraying and killing her via drowning.

She's not a saint.

Isn’t that intentional? After dedicating her entire adolescent life to the dream she gets banned from mutant paradise while all her loved ones enjoy. She’s supposed to be spiraling. I don’t think she’s gonna actually go through with killing Shaw cause she’s still a good person, but we’ll see (I certainly wouldn’t be mad if she offed him).

I do hope we’re in for a reckoning where Kate’s friends talk to her about her new attitude instead of enabling her like Emma.

I feel like Shinobi will get to Sebastian before Emma and Kitty.

That would seem perfectly on-theme for Kate to hold back from phasing Shaw into the ground and killing him, and walking away, only for Shaw to be caught mid-gloat about how this isn't over by Shinobi appearing behind him and doing that exact thing. Shaw's body is found half-phased into the ground, and everybody assumes that Kate did it, because that's literally what she went in there to do...
