What's interesting is when The Hollywood Reporter posted an article about the Joker and Crime Syndicate series, they referred to this as "stealth relaunch", but what kind of relaunch is it when most of the main titles are retaining their numbering. This isn't exactly a New-52/Rebirth kind of thing.

It’s like a relaunch in that it’s a major shake up to the creative teams on DC’s books all at once, but without the new #1’s you expect.

While Johnny Quick’s look does fit the whole glorified thugs feel of the CS, Reis New52 designs were still better. They should’ve kept those.

Could very well be a mistake, but he's also referred to as "formerly Power Ring".
