Wouldn’t surprise me, does anyone like Steppenwolf’s old design? The Viking look is cooler. Ditto for Kanto, I like the Renaissance look myself but it’s pretty campy nowadays and doesn’t scream “badass assassin”.

that's the wizard, it seems he's always drawn that way when he's with the quintessence; even since his aboriginal redesign.

I guess it could be his true form of his very essence across the entire DC multiverse, he just appears differently in different continuities.

Alright so Ram V gave an interview on his upcoming books and talked some Swamp Thing, for those who don’t have the time I’ll sum up some of the conversation. I apologize if I butcher any of it

-Swamp Thing is a “seasonal” book, meaning that the 10 issues we are getting is a “season” and after it’s done DC will look at it and see if it deserves season 2. Meaning you want more Ram V swamp thing, buy and support the book.

-Ram V is putting a new character as Swamp Thing for a few reasons, one is that he believes the idea itself is bigger then just one character given the Green’s/Parliament of trees lore significance

-Second, he doesn’t want to repeat stories, that he wanted to do something more then repeat or repurpose Alan Moore and other writers stories from the past decades.

-Third, he wanted a protagonist who represented people like him, that there wasn’t anyone who was represented as an Indian protagonist and that as he wrote his story he decided to introduce one.
