I'm wondering if this is indicative of what we will be seeing as continuations for these characters, or if if this is just a nod to the previous Rebirth era in general. Because I was liking it overall until I homed in on those two. My reaction is the same as yours lol. Why couldn't Ferdinand, Veronica or Dr. Cyber be featured?

I was really surprised not to see Cale and Cyber. That does indicate to me this may be a glimpse of things to come. I really hope not. I can't stand either of those villains, especially not when we just had 10 issues of JUST them.

As for that illustration...I hope it's indicative of things to come, because we've got Donna and Cassie along with a seemingly younger version of Yara (she seems slightly less tall, so that should be her as Wonder Girl), Etta looking glam, Doctor Psycho (who hasn't been in the books in a really long time), Artemis and Nubia...

IDK, I think it could go either way. Giganta, Psycho and the Swan were all present in Robinson's run (albeit barely in the case of the former two) and like you said since Max and Liar Liar are still around, this might be a wrap up image??

If it is indeed a teaser, I guess we can take the consolation that Psycho, Giganta and Circe will be showing up and maybe Vanessa will get a better treatment. If I have to tolerate Max and Liar Liar to get them, I....guess that's fair. Still would happily cast them aside for Veronica and Cyber or Villainy Inc members or friggin anybody else.
