Valid. To me, it's that even without Trial of the Amazons missing the mark, it wasn't truly focused on Diana anyway. It would have been big for the Amazons, but idk if Diana would have gotten more to do even in a better-structured event.

It did kind feel like to me that it was mainly pushing Nubia, Yara, and the Bana a little more than it was focused on Diana or how important her role in things is.

And unfortunately looks like that mistake will continue with Revenge of the Gods.

I think DC doesn't want to admit they made a mistake with these other 'young' heroes taking over the mantles of the established heroes and are probably just doubling down to try and prove themselves right, even though the evidence suggests otherwise.

I like the story so far from 794 but that art is rough. At first I couldn't tell if Cheetah was in her human or animal form.
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Absolute Power, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Birds of Prey, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Justice Society of America, Shazam, Titans, & Wonder Woman.

Story has my interest, I did like the art at the first glance but you are right about the Cheetah look.

She reminded me of the current Hulk in MCU movies. Amalgamation of the two.

Siggy seems into Steve by his reactions, although last time I remember seeing him, he seemed slightly intrigued by Cheetah too. Liked seeing the two pair up for this recce.

"Non-lethal" - Cheetah then proceeds to slice a dudes' throat open.

    Yeah, that checks out.

Always love a good Jen Bartel variant...

    SPOILERS:

I have to say that Cheetah was given a pretty good showing in today's issue. She acted like a boss b_tch, went toe to toe with Deimos and Phobos, and her claws were able to cut through their flesh. The art is better beyond the preview mostly because Lupacchino draws a great Diana even though her Cheetah is a bit rough. Story-wise, this is the best issue since the Villainy Inc. arc.

I agree. Cheetah was pretty great in it.

The milk plot went an unexpected direction. I thought it was going to do something else.

Is this the first time Eros was relevant in WW lore? I can't remember him doing much until this issue.

Feels like this is finally picking up it's pace. I'm just not sure about this story culminating in Revenge of the Gods. It feels like the story should be over before March.

I agree that Cheetah was a badass spoilers:
and it was a good decision to only let the enhanced go up against Phobos and Daimos.

I'm glad Diana called on Yara opposed to Yara joining the battle on her own.
    end of spoilers
