Might be controversial but I'm going to say Joseph, I know he's universally panned but I think that with the right creative team he could be a more interesting character. Marvel just needs to work on making him more than just a younger clone of Magneto and allow him to develop his own identity the same way Laura & Gabby were able to, also giving him a redesign to further separate him from his "father" wouldn't hurt.

Silver Samurai is another character I wouldn't mind seeing actually get some positive attention for change, seems like he's always just kinda there and despite being one of the best swordsmen on the planet people constantly walk all over him (case and point: his recent treatment in Swords of X)

Catseye & Roulette, because for some reason the only member of the Hellions Marvel ever wants to explore is freaking Empath. I'd like to see these two actually get developed beyond what they are presently and become fully developed characters.

Random looks like he's going to play a part in SWORD but until I actually see him take part in anything I'm going to list him here too.

Tag. Because we're seriously lacking Puerto Rican representation in general when it comes to both Marvel and mutants.

Big 'yes' to Scanner (or Trance!). There's like fiddy-jillion telepaths and practically no astral projectors, even though it's a classic psychic/psionic power.

I know they don't technically qualify, but I would love to she the New Warriors mutants (Firestar, Vance, Silhouette, Namorita, Bolt and Timeslip) show up and do some things. A couple of them would even be appropriate backups for the Five and the Six.

Maddy Prior costume is hot and iconic and everything but I would love to see her with a new one

I think Shinobi Shaw deserves a revamp. He was a great grey area character when Nicieza was writing him. (I think the only evil things he was shown to do were killing his abusive father and going to a yakuza meeting to protect his mother.) Then he became just another villain.

I thought he made a good foil for the original X-Force back then. They were all trying to get out from under the shadow of their predecessors, but Shinobi wasn't succeeding.

Somehow, I can't quite see Shinobi in a standard superhero costume. It would be hilarious, though. Especially Sebastian's reaction.

Actually I think he showed up in one back in the 90's for a panel or two...
