I think last they checked he was around 16-17 i believe but I think time has passed since then in-universe so it's kinda nebulous. I would use whatever Death Metal ends up doing to continuity to age him up slightly or do a mild time skip a la One Year Later to get him closer to his early Future State age (early 20s-ish).
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki
also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.
currently following:
- DC: Red Hood: The Hill
- Marvel: TBD
- Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force

I hate that sleepy trope that becoming a parent means you can't be a person anymore. Arthur and Mera can both be great parents and still have adventures and be themselves. Just like anyone can be a parent and still be a person in the world, it doesn't require retirement of the self.
