Stacy X. I can't remember what issue it was but the first time i ever truly was interested in the character is when they were having those depowered meetings and she was in a support group. Since then i've had a soft spot for stacy X.

The other NYX mutants. It's always bothered me that Laura apparently never bothered to try helping them get off the streets once she joined the X-Men. Even a simple line of dialogue that she offered but they declined would have sufficed.

Taki, Risque & the Academy X kids would have been some of my top answers until the last couple of weeks.

Would still be excited to see some of the more neglected X-Kids like interesting powers like Dryad & DJ, maybe let them develop a personality.

The whole Genoshan Excalibur Team: I have a real soft spot for Shola, Hub, Freakshow, Wicked etc... despite that series being pretty dull.
