Unless Dragon figure's out the antennae weakness he really has no way of putting the Tick down.

Do you think the Tick would be able to take Dragon down? Dude has good Regen and is very durable himself.

I remember an old comic crossover with Howard the duck and savage Dragon. In the comic, it was shown Dragon could hit harder than a freight train. Durability wise, I remember Dragon could outright ignore being blast with bullets from futuristic assault rifles.
