Renee already knew Kate was Batwoman when Rebirth started. They've been a couple again since the Rebirth Batwoman series ended, and haven't broken up in anything besides a non-canon holiday story a few years ago. This would be the first time since Black Mask #1 that they've been a couple on-page, but that's looking to be a toss-up at the moment.
