I had assumed this was another “central figure from Bruce’s past whom we’ve never met but will now be a major villain,” so I appreciate the variation. I’m also a fan of non-******* Batman, so him reaching out his hand instead of telling Ghost Maker to get the hell out of Gotham and never come back was nice.

I’m fine with it. It could have been much worse.

The name's fine though I prefer it as one word, Ghostmaker, and Tynion did say he wants to make a shonen rival to Batman, not villain.

It ended like I suspected. Batman was proven right and the Ghost-Maker didn't kill Clownhunter and Clownhunter didn't kill Harley.

It was a better ending than I thought we'd get(though definitely on the preachier side ) but man, there was no reason for this story to be as long as it was. There was enough plot for maybe three issues here but being stretched out made it so much weaker.

Well I have to admit the ending brought back back memories of the end of the Schumacher films with them running towards the camera, which made me chuckle.

I thought the ending fell a little flat, but I think Ghost Maker is a cool character. I'd read a series about him being a Punisher-like character in Asia go after corruption.
