Default Should marvel update it's classic kids IPs?

Planet terry, top dog, patsy walker, millie the modal, meet misty, royal roy, homar the happy ghost, wally the wizard, obnoxio the clown and even more hero ones like crystar, brute force and teen hulk.

Should marvel update these kids IPs for today? Young and kids trades are doing good right now and marvel does have hero and non hero IPs that could fit along side guts, dogman and dcs raven trades. Spider-ham got a update thanks to the spider-verse movie and now there are spider-ham toys at wal-mart and even at the parks! (not bad as marvel had spider-ham on the list of "we are ashamed" heroes universal studios can't use in their park in the early days!)

Do you think any of these old kids comics could be updated to todays kids and do well or should marvel just bury them? Would a updated wally the wizard or misty make a good young reader trade or should they be aimed at younger kids?

Should they stay the same or get updated? What do you guys think?

Patsy was retooled as a superhero, Hellcat, in the 1970s and currently appears in Iron Man.

Homer's just a Casper the Friendly Ghost rip-off.

Obnoxio the Clown is NOT a kids' IP. Isn't he from a Marvel version of MAD Magazine?

Never said any of these updates have to be canon. Why do they have to be?

Patsy was retooled as a superhero, Hellcat, in the 1970s and currently appears in Iron Man.
Mary jane got a young adult book also. Plus there is a alternate universe where patsy walker is still a archie clone and not a hero! Also note she is one of marvels longest running female comics with over 200 issues and tons of spin-offs!

Of course if they reboot it to today it would not matter. Patsy walker could be one of the easiest books to update today with books like lumberjanes, guts, babysitters club comics and even dc's lois lane kids book or they could make it more manga like!

Archie did the same with betty.

Top dog could be marvels dogman or planet terry could be a hilo type comic.

Or they could aim for older and make him more of a real looking teen space book more star wars like.

Yes they definitely should, especially since old titles like Archie are finding a young audience with teen drama like Riverdale.

Why can't Marvel have their own version of teen angst and high school drama.

Marvel did riverdale before riverdale did with it's teen comics in the 50s and 60s. DC did those also.

Miss america even hosted one of the books!

They don't have to been moody and full of angst and could just be fun.

Some of these, especially Patsy as Hellcat would work rather well as Children Graphic Novels like the ones that DC is churning out like crazy and that Marvel is just now dipping their toes in. Market is there, for sure.
