As for what is in green?

No one except you has said anything like that. Entertaining another oddball tangent is probably not the best way to discuss an "Excalibur..." preview.
As expected, as long as a super-villain is a mutant they don't deserve any punishment for their crimes against other mutants. It's incredibly tone deaf to bring up Hitler while letting off the mutant ones, the hypocrisy is astounding. You war willing to defend Apocalypse enslaving someone for eternal life, I didn't start that tangent. And Apocalypse has ben a big part of this Excalubur so his legacy on the title shouldn't be overlooked as though he were a dear friend.

    No "Should..."

Folks who have actually read the books know full and well why Ozymandias more than justified the length of his servitude.

That said, that's probably more than enough of that particular tangent.

Or are we pretending Ozy isn't a thing in the X-men books?
Is that any worse than pretending that Ozymandias is a big thing in Xbooks? lol
But seriously Apocalypse flipped the script on a man who killed his whole tribe of people...sent his own sister to make Apocalypse fall in love with her in order to kill him, then when Ozymandias was seeking the celestial ship Apoc unlocked the knowledge of everything and showed Ozymandias who in turn became immortal and can see the future....A hero...reed richards turned his BEST FRIEND into a rock monster accidentally but instead of working nonstop to revert the condition theyve been living together going on adventures.

Ozy isnt even allowed on KraKoa probably so be kinda hard in the first place

    Yes, eh but....OHGAWDNO!!!
Isn't 70% of the threads already being ruined by the Pro-Wanda-Anti-Krakoa committee, enough? It would be great to have a few remaining nice things for ourselves.

He needn't be a "big thing" to matter, how he treated reflects on Apocalypse as an individual, especially when during those ancient times his rivals the Eternals weren't as villainous as he was.
Apocalypse would become far worse then Ozy would have dreamt of at his worst. Just because Ozy was a terrible person didn't mean En Sabah Nur should have solved him for eternity. Living through the ages gave him humility Apocalypse became a greater monster. What does Reed doing that have to do with anything? Apocalypse isn't Reed Richards.

He wasnt in SHIELD #1 and when he helped stop Kang from conquering Earth while in the past
Doom's saved the world more than once, is a hero now? No. He only went after Kang because Kang made a self fulfilling prophecy against himself because he knew how dangerous Apocalypse would be in the future, and Apocalypse was hardly Captain America in that time period.

    Right
Wow. So what people should Krakoa makes slaves into now as punishment? It's not like there's a law against slavery there on the books.

Not the point. The point is that Apocalypse enslaved him for millennia and didn't have remorse over it. This is why he's a villain and why the X0-men shouldn't be so heartfelt that he left. Apoc really did a number on Rictor in this run.

Thats the point If his "terrible thing" is pretty much the same thing and acceptable when committed by a hero...its really a small thing to complain about. lol

I was replying to the other posters specific statement.

So what? You do know Apocalypse committed genocide against the Eternals, if they didn't have the ability to resurrect themselves they've be extinct at his own hand.

No, it's not the same and it's grotesque how slavery is being laughed off as if all it amounts to is looking ugly in public. That example was just a lazy attempt at finding anything remotely flawed a hero did and saying Apocalypse did the same thing when it's not the same thing at all at any level. And this suggests that Apocalypse was a hero to start with, when that's not true. Slavery is a small thing to complain about when a member of Excalibur does it. Wow.

I was replying to the other posters specific statement.
And? The argument was that Apocalypse is hero.

    ....
The non-response says it all. The argument is that Apocalypse committing slavery is ok, yet when it comes to Krakao doing it - silence.

    Yeah all this is true.
Then why is he being defended?
