I was about to create a thread to discuss this

My strategy would be to have the current reliable sellers continue as monthly print comics, but launch a new slate of digital firsts aimed at new readers.
The main target of these new digital releases would be fans of DC from other media (movies, cartoons, TV series, games etc), so the content would be focused on characters spotlighted in these mediums that are currently in comic book limbo (Green Arrow, Black Lightning, Stargirl, Doom Patrol and so on) and on characters that have the potential of reaching new types of audiences (Naomi, Nubia, Jaime Reyes). The catch here is that DC would become way more agressive with their digital marketing strategies, focusing a lot on acquisition of new readers on their apps (DC Comics for new releases and DC Infinite for their full library of comics).

20 DC UNIVERSE print monthlies:
DC's biggest sellers and properties (following their new direct market approach), with a few additions that also have sales potential in a less saturated market (Shazam, Aquaman, JSA, LoSH).

All these print books would continue to be sold day-and-date on the DC Comics app and would be added to the DC Infinite app an arc at a time, a month after the end of each story arc was published. This would make these books bingeable to new digital audiences.

24 DC DIGITAL FIRSTS.
They'd be launched digitally on the DC Comics app as weekly seasons and later collected in print anthologies or TPBs and the full season would be on the DC Infinite app a month after the last chapter of every season was first launched.
All 24 series wouldn't all be launched at the same time. There'd be roughly 5 issues of new digital firsts every week. Once the new season of a series ended, a new series would replace it in the weekly schedule until its return in six months or so.
