Question:

In terms of Silver Age stories, when, or what story did Batman learn or discover Kathy was the Batwoman.
Is there also on panel confirmation/whatever that Batman knows by extension Betty is Bat-girl?

In terms of any retcons (whenever, post the original stories) does anyone know when or how it was acknowledge that Bruce knew. I think I mostly know from Batman Inc. I'm not sure about the previous Morrison retcons on this.
