Artemis (in Red Hood) - no more magical transformation?

I noticed Artemis seemingly just dyed her hair black in Red Hood #45 in order to infiltrate the baddies. She used to be able to do full on transformations, is it just the hair now?

The hair really was just dyed black. It did, however, remain magical. Because after Red Hood #25, she and Bizarro ended up in another world where, after some time, she gave herself an odd haircut (like half shaved). When she came back, her hair quickly grew back.

If I recall, she even explains that her hair is magical. But this may be me misremembering or mixing facts with dreams because I'm tired and quite sleepy right now.
