Default What female creators would you like to work on Superman?

This came up elsewhere. It's been quite a while since we had a female creator work on Superman (Gail Simone, I think?). Which female creator would you like to see work on the Man of Steel?

Kelly Sue Deconnick, Shea Fontana, Gwenda Bond to start with.

Of those three Gwenda Bond probably would have the best for my money. Kelly Sue wrote one fun Superman & Lois story back for Superman Adventures, and wrote Lois and Supergirl right before New 52.

I think every female creator could have a chance in the superbooks, but I would like to see what Kelly Sue Deconnick would do with the superbooks

heh heh, I’d love to see what Amanda Conner (and Jimmy Palmiotti) could do on Action Comics.

Conner would be entertaining to say the least, heh.

Joelle Jones? Got that FS Wonder Woman coming up to be followed by Wonder Girl. How was the Catwoman run, any good?

Gail Simone, KSD, Kelly Thompson, Mairghread Scott (she wrote a great Clark & Lois in Apokolips War), and Margaret Stohl.

Was alright but not great. Her Lady Killer indie book was good though.

Lois rockin' that outfit! Looks better on her than the Batgirl costume did .

G Willow Wilson? Didn't realize she wrote a couple Superman stories previously, anyone read 'em? I thought her WW was so-so but I liked Invisible Kingdom, cool sci-fi vibe.

She wrote some Grounded issue and Supes showed up in her Vixen mini. He was fine in both from what I remembered. She doesn’t seem to want to write heroes above street tier though.

Definitely Kelly Sue. If she can write Clark and Lois as well as she did Arthur and Mera, well that would be awesome.

And of course, Gail Simone is always welcome.

Everything I've read from Gail Simone has been pure gold. I would love to see her put on a Superman book. Hell, I'd love to see her put on any book.

Id really like Patty Jenkins to handle Superman in the cinematic department.

How could I?! Edited my post and I threw Weezie in there because she's pretty cool and it'd be neat to have her voice back in Metropolis, if only for a while.
