Looks like 2 oversized issues. It's interesting since we previously though Mikel was only working on a big action comics event since he finished future state with PKJ, but it turns out he's working on this. Wonder if those two things are connected or not.

Only familiar with The Authority from their recent appearances like Future State, probably give it a go

The creative team is awesome, but I'm sad they're replacing most of the Authority members with DCU characters.
I love Natasha Irons, but she shouldn't be an Engineer stand-in. I'll also miss Swift, Hawksmoor and the Doctor.
I guess DC only really care about Apollo and Midnighter when it comes to Authority/Stormwatch characters.

The speedster I can't recognize is in Swift's spot
O.M.A.C. is probably Hawksmoor's replacement.

I’m just going to assume the speedster is Jessie Quick/Liberty Belle until otherwise indicated. Can’t be the new titans girl as she has both her legs and the only other female speedster that comes to mind is Avery.
