The debut issue spotlights some of DC’s hottest titles and events arriving in September, including:

Is “I am Batman” an ongoing? It’s hard for me to keep clear with the stuff that spun out of Future State.

Yeah it’s really unclear honestly nothing on it says miniseries. Like looking at Batman vs Bigsby it says 1 of 6, but I am Batman says nothing like that.
