    T&J should really focus on characters who don't have books. Issue 1 was Vixen, which implied that's what they were doing... but then issue 2 was Superman.

    Agreed, with Urban Legends and now Secret Files, there is no real reason to have Gotham characters to feature in Truth & Justice. there are too many characters that have been neglected in the DC universe that don't belong to the Bat house or the Supes that could use the exposure.
    THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki
