That's Blue Beetle and Fire's gloves from the looks of it.

Also maybe a GL construct at the bottom?

The red glove looks like Orion though?

Since it seems to be JLI themed, I'm going with Rocket Red.

Tom King writing JLI is actually something i'm interesting in. I think he works better with lighter themes than darker ones (of which looks like he prefer).
DC: Dick Grayson, Wally West, Donna Troy, Yara Flor, Titans

Some of my favorite Mangas: One Piece, Slam Dunk, Fullmetal Alchemist, HunterXHunter, Vinland Saga, Monster, Berserk, Vagabond.
Current reading: Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, Spy X Family, Kaiju Nº8, Blue Lock, Dandadan.

Great. Another light hearted, fun comic area for King to ruin with his depressed, disturbing antics.

What a weird choice as well. The fun, zany JLI?
My name is Wally West. I"m the fastest man alive. I"m the Flash.

    Favorite Heroes - 1-Flash/Wally West, 2-Superman, 3-Green Lantern/Hal Jordan, 4-Nightwing, 5-Hawkman, 6-Firestorm, 7-Supergirl/Linda Danvers, 8-Zatanna, 9-Robin/Tim Drake

Doesn't the whole Maxwell Lord, sinister villain who killed Blue Beetle from Infinite Crisis already do that?

Good concept to bring back, wrong writer unless he manages to do a complete 180 which I doubt. Very hard to imagine him being able to pull off the humorous/campy feel that was the appeal of the JLI in the first place.

If they're coming back can they take that uncharismatic bore back also?

They should change their name. International doesn’t exactly go with their roster

DC to launch new Human Target title by Tom King and Greg Smallwood
The Human Target is apparently returning to DC.

Writer Tom King's recent tweet promising the announcement of a new project initially put us in the mind of the Justice League International, as several arms of characters relevant to that run appear in the cropped image. But the clever visual ploy might actually be hinting at who the arms are aiming at - a Human Target.

The Black Label title will be illustrated by Greg Smallwood, and with DC's October 2021 solicitations just around the corner, King's timing almost certainly indicates an October debut, appropriate given it's the month millions of people dress up in costumes.

This would make a lot more sense.

Is he getting an upcoming HBO MAX show or something because this is a wild pull. I don’t even know this character but he seems like a great fit for King.

Don't think so - there was a tv series on Fox about a decade ago, DC published a tie-in comic at the time. Prior to that there was a few Vertigo miniseries by Peter Milligan in the 2000s I think.

Human Target also appeared on two episodes from Arrow
