But, how is Morrison not in contention for this?

Morrison pretty much continued what had ended from the Robin solo title
I think it's because Morrison wasn't writing the Robin series itself.

I choose None of the Above and write in Lee Bermejo
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki

also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

    currently following:
    • DC: Red Hood: The Hill
    • Marvel: TBD
    • Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force

The OP asked only about the writers of the 1993-2009 Robin series, and not about all writers that ever wrote a Robin.
So of course he is only listing the writers of that series.

Choosing "None of the above" doesn't work for the original poll question.

However, I agree that Bermejo's We Are Robin series was quite good.

    Wow.. 16 YEARS

I would be happy if the current Robin comic was able to be here only 4 years.

Something unlikely. One crisis event or another problem will make it finish before that.

which had 185 issues (#1-183 as well as issue #0 and issue #1000000); I'm not sure if the seven Annuals were also included. Dixon was the initial writer; wasn't he the primary writer until around issue #100 or so?
(I'm just going by some random checks using the GCD database; I don't know if there were any gaps in his writing time between #1 and #100.)
