Still, I don't see how Tarn could do anything with the bodies he had to affect the genetic material Krakoa already had while he was all the way in another universe, geneticist or not. Even the back-ups have no memory of their time in Amenth. Meanwhile, we already have the precedence of what universe you're in when you die affecting your resurrection; I really do think that's meant to be the truth.

I get you. I'm just hoping for a plot connection to Tarn and his Locus Vile. Probably not but still... hoping.

Cortez and Empath are both spaniards. They look kind of generic white now, which is a pity.
This book continues to be fantastic.

This is as worthless a descriptor as Latin American. Especially considering Empath has been blonde as much as he's been brunette.

Uh yeah I'm not arguing against him not having brown hair. Hes only had consistingly blonde hair in this new Hellions book And while I've never seen him with red hair... coloring mistakes shouldn't be taken as canon

You know what I found weird? When Hodge appeared last page, last issue, it was Psylocke II (still wanna call her Kwannon though) who said his name. But did she ever met Hodge? I don't think so, so how would she know who he is? The only one of the team who ever met Hodge would be Havok.

There's was some implications that she was watching life through Betsy's eyes in Fallen Angels. Hodge could've also just been included in the briefing of the mission since they already knew they were dealing with The Right I guess

So what? Maybe his ancestors came from Germany or France to Spain in 1880 or his grandmother was Swedish. those national frameworks for looks stuck in a wrongful fantasy of national identity are so bizarre to me.

(And of course they can become quite hurtful and marginalizing the moment we are leaving the category of whiteness...).
