And for bonus points, when Hobgoblin raided Osborn's stash, one of the inventions that he came across was a Battlevan that doesn't look too different from the Ghostbusters' ride (the comic came out before the movie).

It feels very 90s cartoon having Norman Osborn and Kingpin involved with the Spot and interdimensional portals, yeah haha. Even one of those Kingpin lines "at long last, I have him!" I swear is a line Kingpin said in that show once.

All we need is Alistair Smythe in a futuristic wheelchair and talking in a British accent .

I think the last time we saw the Hobgoblin was in Bendis' final Miles arc with the Sinister Six. I'm still convinced that was a Macendale clone.

We can only hope... bring back the mullet.

I don't remember, have the Smythe's shown up yet in this run? I seem to remember both father and son resurrected scurrying off somewhere (probably at the end of Clone Conspiracy).

I want to say Alistair appeared somewhere, but I don't think it was a major appearance.

Spot and Darkforce powers, that's an alright answer to "I can do whatever I want" Kindred powers I guess.

So the Order and Harry will all be trapped together in the dark force, imagine maybe there will be some form of team up to get out?

Ah, yes, Hobgoblin's battle van. This brings back fond memories of when I was a child. I'm a bit too young for the original run but in the 1990s there was a series (I can't recall the name) in which old Spidey stories were being reprinted that I started picking up during the "Hobgoblin Saga".

It's Norman's Battle Van. He invented it. Hobby simply stole it.

Dude became a supervillain out of midlife crisis. He admitted to that to Peter at the end of Mark Millar's MKSM.
