    Cool. Love a good literary reference every now and then. It's an interesting bit of continuity, I think, how a lot of the comics we read (and hopefully enjoy) today got their initial inspiration from pulp fiction novels and such.

    Maybe i'm mistaken but to the best of my knowledge Spot's powers aren't connected to the Darkforce dimension....Wonder if this is a retcon or mistake on Spencer and the editors.

    Mister Negative during Dark Reign said that their powers came from a similar source, so Spencer wouldn't be the first to make that mistake.
