    Default Superman '55 webcomic

    http://www.jimnolt.com/sp-intro.htm

From what I have heard, legal isues with the George Reeve estate mean that DC will likely never be able to produce Superman '55 comics like they did with Adam West's Batman '66 and Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman '77.

However, thanks to some very dedicated fans, an unofficial webcomic has been produced based upon the unproduced Secret Planet movie.

Never knew about those estate issues... sad.

I love the how those panels are so zoomed in. Reading it (with the music) and it feels like a very authentic production

George Reevee state lost then, I suppose. But do you know the causes of this legal issue?

Too bad we won't get a Superman '55. It would be the version I would most want to see.

All I know is that the roadblock is likeness rights. It's possible it is Jack Larson's estate, but Reeve seems far more likely since they could still do the series without Jimmy, or simply draw Jimmy differently, but they can't do it without the rights to the title character
