Do you mean the Krypton Show?

It always got me because it just sounds like sour grapes.

"Someone save me! Please? Aww come on, really? Nobody!?"

Especially as the seasons went on, you could tell the show became sentient and was wailing about its direction.

I chose Superman March, Man of Steel, Superman TAS and Fleicher. Multiple choice means i could vote easily.

Superman March is the best. It would be in any discussion about best superhero themes ever. I like Man of Steel equally well. It sucks that Williams overshadows Zimmer's work. Ask me on three different days which is my favorite, i will give three different answers. Superman March, Man of Steel and Flight.

Flight from Man of Steel is underrated imo. I have a special liking for the 'Love theme' from 1978. And these 5 would make a top 5.

And i haven't even finished. Superman TAS along with Batman's theme was part of my childhood. I used to hum them all the time. I love All Star Superman's theme as well. I voted Fleischer just because i could. Its a very solid theme.

Yeah. I like this a lot. Great theme.

I don't see much appreciation for Flight.

I don't see this in my Superman playlist. Other then Superman march the other piece of music from '78 would be the love theme.

But i think i get why you like it. Its majestic. Great piece of music.

Same here. Erica Durance and Tom Welling are so much fun. The first 3 seasons of the show are really tight, great television. A perfect modern take on Superman. I love the show throughout the whole thing though, even as it goes off the rails (mainly do to WB ending as a network and the CW begining).

Erica Durance channels the perfect amount of Phyllis Coates mixed with Michael Ironside's demeanor. It really works.

Dude that All Star Superman music is lit! Christopher Drake was really solid. His work on Batman Under The Red Hood, Justice League Crisis on Two Earths and The Dark Knight Returns was also memorable

Planet Krypton by John Williams makes me feel all through my body that quote from All Star Superman "They will stumble, they will fall, but in the end, they will join you in the sun". This is what Superman strives towards, a world where everyone on earth is what they want to be.

The main Superman march just feels sort of vaguely patriotic. It's nice but it's also repetitive and meanders a lot.

There's a DCEU Supergirl fan trailer that used that theme in a great way and it made me realize how much it still works in modern films.

I’ll have to check out Ottman’s arrangement of the Superman March. I thought Singer just reused Williams’s version.
It's basically a guy who basically just threw William's better themes together with his own vastly inferior music and said, "that'll do," and went to the pub.

When does she make her appearance? I may watch just for Durance. I've heard nothing but praise for her Lois Lane.
