I must admit that my reaction when I read this thread is: “Thank goodness I don’t read many modern super hero comics”.

I was going to say that’s a terribly negative thought...but actually there’s plenty of other good stuff to read, and no point reading stuff that just bores and irritates.

I’m sort of amazed anybody pays full dollar for 95 percent of modern Marvel (or DC)...do most voracious Marvel readers do a lot of it via digital subscription?
