Odin was a) explicitly weaker and lacking the Odinforce and B) only hit by a sucker punch. While far from ideal, it's still better than Aaron having Jane stand toe-to-toe to a fullpower Odin. And hey it seems like Cates is ignoring Aaron's "Odin has divine dementia" plot point so that's a minor plus. And I liked the end of the issue where Thor, knowing that Hugin and Munin can only free his spirit, has them put his soul in the Destroyer Armor.

Jane pretty much said he started this fight and that he lashed out.

Even without OF he should still be beastly and that stuff with Freyja is cringy asf (kinda confirms dementia in a way)

But I'm not feeling Cates run at all. Maybe I'm too biased since I'm not fan of Cates in general.

I'll try next time when they change the writer.
