We don't even know if she's getting the suit yet. And we have no reason to even believe that she hasn't been trained in some capacity. Also Paltrow had action scenes in IM3 as well.

Personally I'd rather Nakia got it but well see.

But Shuri doing stunts definitely doesn't mean she must be the Panther. She was in the final battle in endgame too, they've pushed her as a warrior or at least being able to fight before this movie

That's why I preface my posts with of they go this direction, or of that I'd the case, I never said any of this is set in stone. But given that Shuri was going to eventually take the mantle likely by the end or so of the 3rd BP movie. I have a suspicion they are going to try and accelerate that transition (I hope they don't) because it's clear they will follow the comics in terms of legacy characters.

Shuri is NOT set up as a warrior. Watch BP, IW, and EG. The most she did was with a sonic spear and what did she do? She blasted them with the sonic spear. She folded under Erik in 2 sec flat.

She is NOT a warrior. She wasn't even mentioned as someone who could take the herb after T'Challa was "dead" on BP 1.

Which is why they should not kill T'Challa from the main timeline.

However, of they go the variant route it can't be any worse then whatever it is they are going to try and do Without T'Challa around in his own franchise if they do kill him

I just feel like Fiege already knew about this multiverse planning they had set up when the announcement was made. So I cant imagine that he hadn't already considered that possibility and was just being cheeky with the announcement. I feel like if that was the plan then they would have just said nothing concrete and let this multiverss stuff fuel the speculation.

Depends.

Some don't have stunt people or stand ins.

Those folks were not available.

They were testing with her or thought a stunt person was not needed. Sometimes walkthroughs are done before the stunt is actually done.

Or it might have been for CGI or animation mapping like they do for games.

Whose to say the replacement's Wakanda was an African Nation?

Whose to say he wasn't the last son of a long gone kingdom?

Or there was no Wakanda when that TChalla was growing up and he discovers he is King when he comes to our reality.

I would agree. There's no reason for a multiverse version and he would be even more disconnected.
