I just attribute that to Ahmed letting T'Challa give Conan his props. He said he would have the upper hand without the habit and HSH(Conan had a sword) It was Conan's story and I didn't take that line seriously.

Nope. T'Challa would whip Conan's ass. So would iron Fist. So would Shang Chi. Spider-man. Elektra. Daredevil. He a brawler with sword skills. Let's get real here.

Conan beats the Punisher. Maybe Moon Knight. Nighthawk, MAYBE. Night Thrasher. Hawkeye. Mockingbird.

Yeah, we pretty much know what T'Challa can do with or without the habit so I didn't take the line seriously. He says it and still takes him down inseconds.

Maybe I'm writing him off early but I wasn't very impressed with how salamin wrote T'Challa in his Conan series

Aaron Mcgruder would be an interesting choice. And the man knows how to handle action scenes if the Boondocks is any indication.

I just don't like when writer's attribute T'Challa winning a fight because he holds some kind of advantage over his opponent and if it were a level playing field, T'Challa would lose. Especially since that's T'Challas whole deal. Evening the playing field so that he outfights then in his element. Just makes it more the gear/ enhancements abd less about the man. Which again maybe I am being told hard on him

quiet as it's kept, I'm hoping for big things with Hobie.

I think he would do a bang up job on BP. He plots pretty good and knows how to tell the character's story. I'm reading his Miles and I've read his Black Bolt. He's good.
